great location but small rooms
The location was excellent, in the heart of the city where everything is walkable. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, attending to my needs and providing great tour recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of good options, including fresh local fruits. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the city from my room, which added to my overall experience.
The room size was a bit smaller than I expected.

Clean room with a comfortable king-size bed made my stay feel cozy. I appreciated the affordable rate for the room, which included breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore eateries and shops on foot. I faced issues with the internet. the signal was weak in my room. On top of that, the hot water was inconsistent, only working properly on one out of the five days. I also encountered a broken hairdryer, and the cleaning service missed my room two days in a row, requiring me to ask for it. More attention to maintenance and service consistency would significantly enhance the experience.

The breakfast buffet was a delicious spread of local delights, and the hotel is nestled close to food meccas like Welcome Seafood Restaurant for a chill seafood feast. The room was cozy with plenty of power points, and I loved the view from the higher floors.
Personally, I feel the family room is slightly smaller for 3 people, but it’s still comfy. there’s no free parking. guests need to navigate the crowded street parking.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the bustling Filipino Night Market and an array of local eateries, which made my culinary adventures easy and accessible.
The breakfast options were quite limited, mostly consisting of local fare like fried noodles and curry, which may not appeal to everyone, especially those looking for a more international breakfast selection.

Fantastic location! Easy stroll to eateries and scenic spots. The room I had boasted an impressive city view that made waking up a delight.
But the WiFi felt like a bad joke—it only worked if you stood at the door. Parking warnings came with laughs, not help!
